Handling Time
At All Pro Truck Parts we do our best to ship same day for orders placed before 2:00pm. Same day shipment is not guaranteed. For standard UPS or USPS shipping, you will receive your package in 1 - 5 business days. Shipping price is calculated from package dimensions and weight. Calculated rates for orders will be available at checkout. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST on Fridays will not be fulfilled until the following business day, Monday morning barring a holiday.
Incorrect Shipping prices
We reserve the right to cancel any order, in the event shipping rates are calculated incorrectly at checkout. We will notify you via your provided contact information to give you the option to pay the correct amount, or allow you to cancel the order for a full refund.

Returns
All Pro Truck Parts offers returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns on electrical items must be unopened. Electrical products that have been opened will not be accepted for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
