All Pro Diesel Services is constantly looking for qualified, career minded diesel technicians to join our team. We are a 2nd generation family owned, operated, and oriented business. We are conveniently located on Interstate 30 in Caddo Mills, TX just 45 minutes Northeast of Dallas. We offer competitive pay, on a weekly schedule with plenty of overtime opportunities. Our schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:45am to 5pm and 7:45am to 4pm on Fridays.



We also offer a benefits package that includes the following.



  • 40 hours vacation and 16 hours PTO annually after a year of service
  • 45 hours vacation and 16 hours PTO annually after 3 years of service
  • 45 hours vacation and 24 hours PTO annually after 5 years of service

  • Closed all major holidays with pay: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
