Flex Technologies 4-3/4" ID black silicone coolant hose, 36" straight cut. Built from 5-ply silicone with polyester fabric reinforcement, this heavy-duty coolant hose is rated for -65°F to 350°F continuous service and meets or exceeds SAE J20 R1, RP 303B Class 1, and Mil-Spec A-A-52426. Common upgrade or replacement for HD diesel charge-air, radiator, and intercooler plumbing.

Applications
This 4-3/4" ID straight silicone hose is used in heavy-duty diesel cooling and intake plumbing, including:
- Lower and upper radiator hose runs on Class 8 trucks
- Charge-air cooler / intercooler piping
- HVAC and engine coolant return lines on equipment with 4-3/4" ID nipples
Custom liner (fluorosilicone or fluorocarbon), high-temperature meta-aramid reinforcement, and helical-wire vacuum-resistant builds are available on request from Flex Technologies.
