The Fleetguard FS1000 is an OEM spin-on fuel/water separator designed to protect diesel engines by effectively removing water and contaminants from the fuel system. Fleetguard is the OEM supplier for Cummins engines. Featuring StrataPore™ media technology with 10-micron filtration and 95% water separation efficiency, this filter is required on all Cummins Celect and Quantum 19L engines and serves as a direct upgrade to the FS1212.

Please note that while we aim to meet the guidelines below, shipping times and services are subject to carrier availability, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. We recommend reviewing this policy before placing your order.
Order Processing and Handling Time
- We process and ship most orders on the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays, or on weekends/holidays, will typically be processed and shipped the following business day (e.g., Monday for Friday afternoon orders, barring holidays).
- Handling and shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, inventory checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Times and Delivery Estimates
- For standard UPS Ground shipping, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and distance from our warehouse in Caddo Mills, Texas.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary based on factors like distance, carrier routes, weather, or peak seasons.
- We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier during transit.
- Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Shipping Rates and Calculations
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Rates are provided by UPS and may include any applicable fees, such as fuel surcharges or residential delivery fees.
- If an error occurs in the shipping rate calculation (e.g., due to system glitches or incorrect package details), we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will promptly notify you via the contact information provided and offer options to:Pay the corrected shipping amount and proceed with the order, orCancel the order for a full refund.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped, except in cases of our error.
Expedited and Next Day Shipping
- For UPS Next Day Air services (Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air Early), the cutoff time is a firm 12:00 PM CST.
- Orders for Next Day Air placed after 12:00 PM CST will ship the following business day. No exceptions are made after the cutoff.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are subject to carrier availability. Delivery guarantees, if any, are provided by UPS, not All Pro Truck Parts.
Damaged Shipments
All Pro Truck Parts is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit — responsibility for damaged shipments lies with the carrier. However, we are glad to assist by filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
If your package arrives damaged, please do the following:
- Refuse delivery if the package is visibly damaged at the time of arrival, and note the damage with the driver.
- If the damage is discovered after delivery, photograph the outer packaging BEFORE opening the box, then photograph the contents showing the damage.
- Keep all original packaging, including boxes, packing materials, and labels. Carriers may require an inspection before approving a claim.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a damaged shipment report at help.allprotruckparts.com/damaged-shipment.
Once a claim has been filed, resolution is determined by the carrier. Refunds and replacements for damaged shipments will only be issued after the carrier approves the claim. Failure to report damage within 48 hours, discarding the original packaging, or opening a visibly damaged package without photographing it first may result in the carrier denying the claim, in which case we are unable to refund or replace the item.
Carrier Responsibilities and Claims
- Once your order ships, it is in the hands of UPS. We provide tracking information via email so you can monitor your package.
- All Pro Truck Parts is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier.
- Claims for lost or damaged items should be filed directly with UPS using the tracking number provided. For damaged items, please follow the Damaged Shipments process above so we can assist you with the claim.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, which may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Carrier services and routes may change without notice, potentially affecting delivery times.
Shipping Destinations
All Pro Truck Parts ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or free shipping promotions.
Domestic Shipping Options
We offer the following domestic shipping services through UPS. Availability depends on your location, package size, and weight.
UPS Domestic Services:
- UPS Ground: Standard ground shipping; 1–5 business days.
- UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed 3 business days.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days.
- UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: 2 business days with morning delivery (commercial addresses only).
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day by end of day.
- UPS Next Day Air: Next business day by 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM (depending on location).
- UPS Next Day Air Early: Next business day by 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM (select locations).

Returns
All Pro Truck Parts offers lifetime returns for any reason on NEW, UNOPENED items in the original packaging with exceptions. (See sale items and special order items).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Used items (if applicable)
Items marked as USED at the time of sale will be accepted for return up to 30 days from the date of sale.
Defective items (if applicable)
Defective items under manufacturer warranty will be eligible for return, as well as a full refund for the total amount paid by the customer. The following criteria must be met to be eligible. (a). The part is under manufacturer warranty (b). the manufacturer has determined the part defective for the purchased application.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item is returned and received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. For order placed by phone through a card terminal, you must call in to initiate the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Special Order Items (if applicable)
Special order items may be eligible for a refund. The decision to accept a special order item for refund is left solely to the All Pro Truck Parts management team.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, it is advised that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For returned items designated as "Free Shipping", any items shipped to the customer in which the customer did not pay shipping. All Pro Truck Parts will recover the cost of shipping to the customer's address from the refundable amount owed to the customer on the return and inspection of the item.
