Flex Technologies 90-100X10 preformed silicone coolant hose, 90° bend with 1.00 in inside diameter and 10 in legs measured from the centerline of the bend, in blue. 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone construction with a 330 PSI burst rating — engineered as a service replacement for OEM molded coolant elbows on heavy-duty truck and industrial cooling systems where standard rubber hose will not handle the heat or routing.
Signs You Need a New Coolant Elbow
- Visible cracks, splits, or pinholes at the bend
- Soft, swollen, or oil-saturated rubber in the existing hose
- Coolant seepage at the clamp or weeping at the bend
- Hose collapsing under vacuum on the suction side of the water pump

Applications
This 90° preformed silicone elbow fits the following positions:
- Coolant routing between the water pump, thermostat housing, radiator, surge tank, EGR cooler, and air-to-water aftercooler
- Heater core and turbo coolant return circuits where 1 in ID is required
- Heavy-duty trucks (Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Volvo, Mack), buses, off-road equipment, marine and stationary diesel engines
Available high-temperature, fluorosilicone / fluorocarbon-lined, and helical-wire-reinforced versions of this hose family on request.
Cut hose clean and square at installation. Use silicone-rated worm-gear or T-bolt clamps; standard worm-gear clamps will eventually cut into silicone. Verify inside diameter and length match your application before ordering.
