Air Intake

Air intake and charge-air parts between the turbocharger and the intake manifold: 13 listings. Ten are Flex Technologies charge air cooler boots, hot-side in aramid (CAC40-300X6, -350X6, -400X6, -400X8, -450X6) and cold-side (CAC40P-300X6, -350X6, -400X6, -400X8, -450X6). The others are a Cummins 3688355 intake manifold for the ISX15, a Cummins 3691162 throttle valve for the 15L ISX (EPA13) and a used Volvo 22923199 charge air tube.

A split boot or loose clamp on the pressurized side causes boost loss and low power, so check boots and clamps before replacing sensors. Flex boot numbers give the inside diameter and length (CAC40-400X8 is 4 in. ID by 8 in. long). Air filters are in air filters, boots alone in CAC boots and T-bolt clamps in clamps.
