Flex Technologies C40-100-36 straight silicone coolant hose, 1.00 in inside diameter, 36 in overall length in blue. 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone with a 330 PSI burst rating — built for cut-to-length coolant runs on heavy-duty trucks, buses, and stationary engines where standard rubber hose will not handle the heat, ozone, or oil splash typical of underhood routing.

Applications
This straight silicone coolant hose is used as a cut-to-length replacement for OEM coolant runs on:
- Heavy-duty trucks (Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Volvo, Mack)
- School buses, transit buses, and heavy equipment
- Marine, agricultural, construction, and stationary diesel engines
Cut hose clean and square at installation. Use silicone-rated worm-gear or T-bolt clamps; standard worm-gear clamps will eventually cut into silicone. Verify inside diameter and length match your application before ordering.
